Ways to avoid lightning strikes:
If there is a possibility of strong thunder and lightning in the sky during heavy rain, then you can follow some safety precautions to avoid it.
1. During rain, lightning can fall at any place, on humans, animals, etc. That is why people should hide in some safe place during thunderstorms and lightning. And keep in mind that you should not stand under or near any tree. And if possible, stay at home in such weather.
2. If you are outside your home, make sure that there is a safe place nearby where you can take shelter. If possible, avoid traveling during thunderstorms when you are on a motorcycle or in an open field.
3. Do not leave your animals outside; tie them immediately to a safe place. If you have gone to graze animals, then immediately take your animals to a safe place as soon as there is a possibility of heavy rain.
4. Keep watching the information given by the weather department in your area. If there is heavy rain or an orange alert given in your area, then you need to be alert.
