A few months ago, Shailesh Lodha, who played the role of Tarak Mehta in this show, also said goodbye to the show. And according to media reports, the reason for his leaving the show was Asit Kumar Modi's estrangement with Shailesh. After a few days, Raj Anadkat, who played the role of Tappu in the show, also left the show. And now actress Jennifer Mystery Bansiwal, who plays Roshan Singh Sodhi's wife in the show, has accused Asit Kumar Modi of sexual harassment. He said that Asit Modi tried to force himself on me several times. After Jennifer Mystery, Monica Bhadoria's statement comes out, in which she says that she has mentally tortured me.

All those artists say that Asit Modi does not treat any artist properly. They try to show that if this show was not there, you would not have got any work. By repeatedly saying all this, they mentally torture the artists. And the artistes who leave the show for any reason, Asit Modi stops their payment and also threatens them when they go to the office. Actress Jennifer Mystery said on this subject that 'Aseet Modi had also threatened me that I will not let you find work anywhere else'.
Why Monika Bhadoriya Accused Asit Kumar Modi?
Monika Bhadoria's statement has come to the fore after Jennifer Mystery Bansiwal's statement. He said that Asit Kumar Modi has mentally tortured me. At first everything was fine but slowly things started getting worse. And gradually it increased. Monica said that when I left the show, they stopped my payment, when I talked about this with the production team, they did not respond. Whenever I used to go to his office, he used to keep me sitting in the office for hours. And when I used to say that I should get paid for the work I have done, they used to shout at me. When I tried to file a police case, they threatened me. No production house in the film line can stop the payment of any artist for more than three months. But Monika said that he did not pick up my call since one and a half years. Meanwhile I was going through severe mental stress.
A legal contract was signed regarding the payment:
Monica Bhadoria told in an interview to Tele Masala that when I joined this show, my fees were kept very low. Then I said that I will not work for such less money, then Asit Modi said that you work now, then after 6 months your salary will increase. And Monika said that I had a contract with Asit Modi on this subject. But even after lapse of 6 months, I did not get the increment. Then I tried to contact Asit Modi, he did not respond. Days passed while doing this but he did not respond. And slowly things started getting worse.
Monika Bhadoria said "Asit Modi mentally tortured me":
In the interview, Monika said that whenever I used to talk to him about my payment, Asit Modi used to say that why do you need money, your family is supporting you, isn't it? Then I said that this is not the correct answer. Monika Bhadoria told Asit Modi that today my family is supporting me, then tomorrow they will also say that we are giving you money and you are working for someone else. Why are you working when you are only taking money from us? Monica told that initially I did not face any problem because I had the support of the family. But if you are doing work then you should get paid for that work, it is artist's right.

Monika Bhadoria said about Jennifer Mistry that she is probably telling the truth. Because Asit Kumar doesn't care about Modi's departure, he definitely tries to put pressure on the artist.
