Panya Sepat is an actor, director, and producer in the Rajasthani film industry. Who is known for comedy in the Rajasthani language. His real name is Deepak Meena. He was born in Chandpole, Jaipur, Rajasthan. But his native village is Danta Ramgarh village in the Sikar district of Rajasthan. Panya Seepat told that his grandfather had brought his father, the late Gokul Chand Meena, to Jaipur in his childhood, where Panya Sepat was born.

Deepak Meena told that in his childhood he used to sell tea at his dhaba in Chandpole. He has studied till the 7th standard at Chandpole. Deepak's school and his shop were nearby. Deepak's acting has been mourned since childhood. Where he used to hum film dialogues in his mind and imagine film fight scenes in his mind. Deepak had this dream in his childhood that whether he washes glasses, sells tea, or does something else, he has to become an actor. Deepak Meena and his father used to run a dhaba near Chandpol Chaumu station, where they used to sell rotis, vegetables, tea, paranthas, etc., but their shop did not get many customers. He used to call the customers by voice. Deepak Meena started his career with Rajasthani plays. His first job as a lead character was in the drama Bharat Ka Lahu, directed by the late Dilip Jacques. After this, Deepak worked with other directors. Gradually, his acting work started. But everything was shattered by the death of his father, Gokul Chand Meena. Deepak, popularly known as Panya Sepat, is the eldest of his seven siblings. After the death of his father, all the responsibilities of his family fell on him.

Deepak started his film career by working in many serials like Tipu Sultan, Dastaan-e-Ishq, Akbar the Great, and The Great Maratha. But he did not get any recognition from them. Time passed, and Deepak's age also increased. There were times in Deepak's life when he felt that he should quit acting. But still, he did not give up. Today, he is famous in the whole of Rajasthan by the name of Panya Sepat. Today, there would be no such child who would not have heard about Panya Sepat. Because the government's support is the primary reason for the success of all South films made today. And if this continues, then after some time people will forget that films were made in Rajasthan. Deepak told that today crores of people in the country and the state know me, but till date no respect has been given to me by the Rajasthan government. When an artist like me does not get respect, then how will those who are working hard for the industry get it?
